Maintenance after weightloss surgery

So. I’m proud to say, that once you loose weight, it’s easy to keep it off. But. There are a few key things to remember:

  • Take your vitamins, you can get malnurished
  • Exercise, or your skin will sag like an old lady
  • Don’t Go BACK! After all you’ve been through, don’t over eat!
  • Yes, Christmas Dinner, Thanksgiving Dinners, Dinner Parties will become more bareable, and you will enjoy them again
  • Lean Cuisines rock for full cheap meals!
